Full Solar Project Development Process

We are in the process of working with Chinese state-owned EPC contractors to bid for approximately 1,000 megawatts of utility-scale carbon-free solar photovoltaic (PV) energy and energy storage capacity in one of GCC countries.

EXPERTISE IN THE FULL SOLAR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

The project financing will intrinsically achieve with significant track record and expertise in the full solar development process, from project site acquisition through to interconnection (i.e. grid connection & interconnection agreements), permitting (i.e. zoning approvals and land use permits with valid environmental permit), and commercialization (i.e. Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to unlock funding options).

Our Chinese state-owned companies provide us with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services. The electricity produced by the project will be sold under a power purchase agreement to the governmental project owners. This solar project will be equipped with 2.03 million polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, to generate approximately 1GW of clean energy.

Our advantages is a total solution with Chinese state-owned EPC contractors:

• Project financing based on PPA.
• Direct supply from Chinese solar and storage manufacturers including solar panels, inverters, and mounting and tracking systems, energy storage equipment, and other necessary components.
• Ability of planning the electrical layout and site sizing, including grid connection and integration.
• To provide solar installation services in line with the request for proposal (RFP) in the bidding documents. 
• Construction and installation.
