To build FPSO for Pemex Mexico by CSSC

This project has been to build an integrated FPSO vessel by China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) as builder, and COSL/CNOOC as the operators with Heritage group as one of the project managers & financiers.

FOR BASIC DESIGN, DETAIL DESIGN, PROJECT MANAAGEMENT, MANUFACTURING, BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION, COMPLETION, DELIVERY AND COMMISION OF FPSo

It has been carried out by CSSC under the jointly platform between CSTC and Heritage group.

SFC LICENSE regulated under Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission 

Mr. Gordon Lee (Lee Kwok Wan) of Heritage group is a licensed person with HKSFC Registered personnel (CE No. : AZL662) to carry out type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Future Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Its project JV platform consists of Heritage group, COSL, CNOOC and the partners of Pemex.

Project financing

Under the platform of the syndication project financing of Heritage group: China Development Bank (CDB), Import Export Bank of PRC China, China Investment Corporation (CIC) and China Export Credit Insurance Corporation together with Heritage group.
