Heritage group currently liaises and engages Chinese offshore oil drilling service provider, i.e. COSL to attend bidding for the structures A & E development project NC41 block Libyan offshore.
We are excited to announce this special project in collaboration with National Oil Company of Libya, one of the most dynamic largest oil producers.
We are in the process of trying to engage the Offshore Department of CSSC to build & manufacture a submersible drilling unit and associated equipment. The sole purpose is for NOC of Libya to appoint COSL as the operator for the structures A & E development project NC41 block Libyan offshore.

Objective
By capitalizing the solid experience in project financing from Heritage Funds LPF, the objective is to work with all the parties concerned to create an a-z total solution of project financing for the structures A & E development project NC41 block Libyan offshore.
Project description
NC-41 Block, in the Libyan offshore, covers an area of more than 12000 km2, and it is located between 30 km to 150 Km from Libyan coast, in water depth range from 70m to 300m.
The area of operation will be the area D and Structure E to be carried out dry wellhead and wet subsea well drilling with completion activities in E structure development project. The development scenario for the assignment in E structure, foresees 20 gas wells and 3 oil wells.
It considers the utilization of the semisubmersible rig for the pre-drilling operations and use of the fast moving workover rig for drilling through reservoir zoon and completion activities of operations after the installation of fixed platform. It must be capable to perform drilling operations, testing and completions for A & E structure development campaign.
With our experience with Pemex for FPSO project in 2012, it ensures that the availability of our project management skill with an A-Z total implementation solution could be applied into this project for Chinese state-owned companies, such as CSSC, CSTC and COSL for the success story.
